Hello @ahmedsaed I am sorry to hear you are having trouble with your purchased items, but unfortunately purchases are something that can't be resolved by this forum.
If you haven't received all the items you purchased you will have to contact either your App Store, or Player Support.
Here is a link to King Support, but you will have to be patient as they aren't the quickest.
