Account debited but purchase unsuccessful

My account was debited vide UPI txn id 351156485954 dated 25.05.23 for rs 269 for piggy bank upgrade but the purchase was unsuccessful. Please remit the amount immediately.

Previously similar incident vide UPI txn id 350220435920 dated 16.05.23 for rs 899 was debited for weekly gold pass but purchase didn't go through. Remit this amount too immediately to my source account.
