Error in facebook login

Question

I Played Last Game in Candy Crush Saga in few months Back, and I completed more than 3500 levels in facebook login, now i am trying to login with same Facebook account it is showing error like 'Sorry, Sometime went Wrong, Please try again', then i reached your website and search for solution, but still Problem not solved. I Also cheak my Facebook candy crush linking and I renewed it, please help me for this issue

I am using Redmi note 12pro+, I am using Facebook app, but I tried with both website and app from last week, still showing the same thing

Sorry you're having issues getting started but we will be happy to help. First, we need to know which device you are playing on. Is it the Facebook browser you tried accessing the game or from a mobile device?
