My screen starts loading when I tap on the gold bar on the top. Don't know the issue. What does that mean?

the supercharged color bomb counter is still at 0-zero after playing in 2 complete episode races. Can you fix this like quickly? I’ve already cleared the app from active status or closed it. And I’ve restarted my phone several times in an attempt to fix.
