I can't sign into my account on Candy Crush on my mobiles

Question

I play Candy Crush on two of my mobile phones, both are Iphones.  For some reason Candy Crush was updated on one of them but not on the other.  They stopped syncing for months and now i am at level 4750  on one and 4514 on the other, games look different on the two phone.   I haven't had any extra sugar candies as bonuses for months now and I am not able to access any events, or ask friends or even buy extra lives etc.

Thanks, but no, both of my iphones are SE, iOS15.5

It's something to do with my profile. When I try to log in,  it's saying there is a server problem and to try again later.   And that "later" has lasted about 6 months now or more.  I used to login through my FB profile, but at some point I changed that.    For a couple of years I was able to play on both devices and be at the same level.

But now I can play, but I am at different levels and have no access to adverts at all, and no bonuses etc.

It might be because one of your phones is too old @Dee28

Candy Crush no longer updates on iOS 10.

Here's a list of the devices that will no longer be supported:

iPhone:

iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, and iPhone 5c

iPad:

iPad2, iPad (3rd Gen), iPad (4th Gen), and iPad mini (1st Gen)

iPod:

iPod touch (4G), and iPod touch (5G)
