Frozen (two times) at end of my games, it is "stuck".

 At end of game, it is "stuck". I do not want to quit. Reads "contacting app store" and won't let me use my gold bars - have 11 - to continue. This has been happening since yesterday in games where I've only got a few moves to win it. I'm in the no. 1 spot and want to win this race. :) Please help.

Which device are you using to play the game?

Did you try to clear the cache (mobile device), cookies (computer); log-out & log-in and see if that helps?
