I lost the password for my account (ID 12705792324) and the recovery procedure does not work: I never receive any mail (yes, I checked in spam).
How can I force the generation of the recovery mail ?
Alternatively, is it possible to move the progress and items to the account (ID 14360851272) that I created a few weeks ago. In this case, both Candy Crush Saga and Bubble Witch 3 Saga progresses and items should be moved.
