I was having difficulty opening Candy Crush and now it is removed from my group access. Is it gone or how can I retrieve. I am on game 2500+

Or Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - My Game Progress - Contact us and send them an email. Don't forget to mention what level you were on!
