why my 2,000+ GOLD BARS suddenly vanished????

Last weekend noticed my 2,000+ were GONE!!! Without any warning, nothing!! Just PUFF, gone!! Well, that time you left me FIVE... (so, I guess I should've said thanks???)

I've already reached COSTUMER SUPPORT 4 times, getting only USELESS bot-generated solutions. So I still have my problem UNSOLVED. FYI haven't uninstalled, reinstalled, or updated the game, also, my boosters, friends, and lives remain in their place, safe and sound!

Over the week, I keep on playing and got 5 GOLD BARS more, but once again, this weekend my "overwhelming" 10 GOLD BAR count went down to ZERO!!!! It's so frustrating...

Could you please help me to get my 2,000+ back??

First of all, I am very sorry to hear that you lost the Gold Bars in your game😢

Player Support is the source to retrieve our missing items. The thing is, it works well when we send a single complaint but, not multiple complaints!! And, the "automated responses" - you have received were the acknowledgement(s), to tell us that they have received our complaint(s)!

From now on, please pick just one of those automated responses. Wait for 3 days and write back a reply to them informing you are still waiting for help. They usually write back within 3 to 5 days! You follow-up with just that email and not the other 3.

Please post back and let me know how it goes after 3 days and/or if you need further assistance. You can write back by typing in the blank box given below to my comment.
