iOS connection issues

I’m having issues with connection too on an iPhone 14 using iOS 16.5.1. App version 1.254.2.1. It’s been happening for weeks and weeks. Updates don’t help. Can’t log in to my account either from the app. All suggestions don’t work. I’m reluctant to delete the app and reinstall. Please help
