I just had 3.99 taken from my account. I received a message that said NO MONEY was taken from my account but in fact it was. I need the money back or the purchase completed.

Since there seems to be no resolution to this issue. That's fine. I will never make another in game purchase. That fixes it for me
It would be nice to receive that items that I paid 3.99 for.
