I want to watch videos!! Why can I still NOT?

This is not a test phase as they say! My husband has been able to watch videos for years and has been able to rack up over 1,000 gold bars and all the help candy he wants. I have been playing for 5 years and get NOTHING! When will this change? So frustrating.

I completely agree with you about the game becoming harder day by day and the incentives being removed is not very helping at all ☹️

Nowadays, I am depending a lot on the “Booster Wheel” and “Daily Treat Machine” - pile up all the boosters I can collect everyday and then, tackle one episode at a time 😊 This might sound silly but, I am able to win my levels without much hurdles and stress 🎉

I know this is not the answer you are looking for… but, it is better than missing this sweet game or stressing out about losing the game and spend money!! I am sure it will be changed and the game will be playable for all of us🤞

The game is becoming more stressful with the “cinema aids” rewards gone! I’m finding it almost impossible to pass the next new level (what new level) stuck in stressful mode! Help us destress not become more stressed! I’m asking:Please help me release my stress of constantly needing one item item delivered before I’m out of help! This game “Candy Crush” was very much relieving some of my stress every game, no more now it’s adding stress, about to blow my mind!

Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.

This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.

So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.
