Why no new levels to pass in the gold rush event at the top of the map.

Being at the top of the map I have no new levels to play to win gold in this event. Even playing the star tournament doesn't work. Why can't king have events that everyone can play in. I play on windows never had several events including candy Royale. We get punished for being at the top..Sad.
