Connection error on old phone. New phone is not showing my progress.

Hi

I changed my phone and on my old phone I am on level 4861 but for some reason it’s not showing the progress on my new phone it takes me to level 10.

I have been playing on my old phone but it has signed me out and everytime I try to login through Facebook/email/Apple ID I’m getting connection error.

any idea what is happening and how can I get progress on my new phone.
