Atleast you people should create that option but it should be willingly for players to chat and it should be optional as well

Hi there and welcome to the community. Unfortunately Candy Crush is a single player game and does not have a chat function. The only way to chat with other players is through this community. Perhaps you might look for a different game to play. There are quite a lot of apps and games out there that allow in game chatting and therefore will help you make friends playing. Candy Crush is not that type of game.
