Inventory lost changing phone

Hi,

This is my first question ever. I've been playing for several years now and I changed phones before editor any problem. Unfortunately yesterday I changed phones any my profile is ok, my golf bars too, but I've lost olds inventory in the new phone, any idea why?

that also happened to myself. I read on the site that inventory of all will not transfer which I think is sad.
