I had to get a new phone and phone number, I can't get access to my game, my old phone is inactive. (Old email address is, nancygarten59@gmail.com), my new email address is,(nancygarten19@gmail.com),.
I also had to create a new Facebook account,
(Old FB account,( Nancy Kay Garten) new FB account, (nancy garten),. Can you please help me out with keeping my game progress, I'm on level 61?? And I will not start start from the beginning , I really don't want to stop playing. Thank you Nancy garten

After create a new Facebook account and connect the game. Next step 👇️
Please email Player Support so they can restore the levels manually on your new account.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - My Game Progress - Contact us and send them an email. Don't forget to mention what level you were on!
It's important that you choose "Problems with my game" as your topic and "Game didn't save" as your subtopic.
