I play Candy Crush on my smartphone and tablet, both Android. Everything works on the smartphone, on the tablet I have had the problem for a few days that no internet connection can be established. WiFi is on and working, the app is updated and so is the software on the device. I've tried everything, but unfortunately no connection is established.
I've contacted customer service several times, but I haven't gotten a single helpful answer.
Do you have an idea how to fix this? I don't want to uninstall and reinstall the app, otherwise I would lose a lot of boosters and lives.
