Can you please provide more information? Was this gold you purchased or won/earned or a combination of both?
Did it just disappear when you finished an episode? What level are you on?
Player support is a n the best position to help you. You can contact them directly from your game in settings just click on the question mark and look at the various topics and if nothing helps then click on contact us and explain in detail what the issue is.

Hi all, i haven't been getting any new levels in about 2 months. I am stuck on 20,525 with no new levels while my friend is almost at 20,800. I followed all of the tips in the FAQ. Is this normal? When can I expect new levels? Thanks.
