Level 5000 is not working? Frogs won’t move

Question

Hi there, I am on level 5000. You need to feed the frog 5 times and move it 5 times as one of the tasks. I can only feed the frog once but then when I try to move it, it won’t move like it usually would. It is pulsing and full so it would normally be ready to burst when I move it.  It seems like a bug or glitch in the game? I have reached out to candy crush support but they have not been helpful. I’ll try and attach a video to show the issue. Thanks in advance,

You seem to be the only one with this problem so maybe closing the game, shutting down your device and then starting both again, making sure you have the latest update might help. My level 5000 plays as it should. If that fails try an email to support. If you go via the App (settings, then then ?) you won't need to tell them your player ID. Or go to "contact us" at the bottom of this page here. In both cases answer to the first automated email, then you should get through to a person.

Yes, I understand how to use the frog. But it isn’t doing what you say it should. It won’t detonate when full. I am wondering how to go about fixing the system bug

Level 5000

To collect the frog you will need to feed it with candies of the same color. When the frog is full it will start pulsing and you can move it wherever you want. Keep in mind that in this level you will have to move the frog five times to complete the order.

To feed the frog faster, help yourself with the color bomb generators above. Whenever a color bomb falls, detonate it with the candy of the same color as the frog.

When you can use the frog, first move it to the corners where the trapped licorice is, this will give you more space to drop the bombs that you will need to complete the order.

Finally, focus on the remaining toffee swirls using the frog. You'll always have color bombs on hand, so feeding the frog shouldn't be a problem.
