Most of us don't get ads @seidm ! Some groups of players get them but even if you do King may take them away as and when they please. Ads are not a permanent feature in any of our games.

You’re right about that. It’s like they rewarding you to for not making a purchase, because, if you do, then they’re gone. It’s seems unfair to be able to just watch some ads for extra moves and boosters. A lot of times, you just need that one extra move and an ad option would be nice.
The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.
Once you spend money, no more freebies. No extra chances at end of the board, and loved the flying saucer. Yep spend cash and you are done. Couldn't resist temptation and 125 move to clear a board. This game isn't fun, but only 23 boards to 14000 ... I'll never get there with out ways to earn boosters for free.👎
For al of you asking for ads…if you buy boosters or lives then King will remove the ads from your game.
Me too. Without the boosters a lot of levels are way too hard. It makes the game pretty tedious. I used to play 2 or 3 hours a night, now i'll use up all 5 lives in 20 minutes and just go read a book.
How are video ads still a "test feature"? Been watching ads for many months. Not having them really throws off the game's balance between challenge and satisfaction. Hope someone fixes this ASAP.

I've been playing this game since it first came out! Since I don't use boosters frequently, I had a large collection of them all when the game unexpectedly changed and I lost all of my boosters. Three times in all, this occurred. I've lost a tonne of boosters. What causes this to occur? How can I reclaim my unused boosters?
