Hi

I transferred candy crush saga from my old phone to new. Everything transferred except the 4000 + gold bars. I would really like to get those back. I have my id but not connected to social media. I sent an email but keep getting the message that boosters can’t be transferred. Boosters did transfer but I lost my gold bars. Would really appreciate some help. Btw candy crush soda transferred all the gold bars but they were far fewer.
