Level 240 is one of the hard ones early on. Then follow level 250 and 255. There are all horrible and fixed to make you lose you win streak. You just have to be patient and wait for a lucky board. Don't waste boosters on these until you can see that the game will let you pass. If you get to level 260 the game gets easier and fun again!
