Why did the way we get lives change?

I never get any lives I request and get nothing I send them everyday? This is not good I've been playing this game for a long time and this is stupid! I'm not uninstalling this game again I loose all my power ups! Come on and change this crap back to the way it use to be.

Why are we limited to the lives we can use before we have to wait hours to play again? I have lost out on winning the level races. This needs to change! And we are also being forced to play other challenges! That’s NOT FAIR
