Candy Crush doesn't show ads for extra moves

Hi dear community! I have the following issue: I play Candy Crush and currently, I am on Level 687. The thing is, at the end of an unsuccessful round, all my friends are suggested to watch an advertisement. By watching this ad, they receive extra moves. Unfortunately, I never get any ads displayed, and the only way for me to get additional moves is by purchasing them with gold bars, but I don't want to spend money on the game. Also, my game looks different, and I don't see any special events like the Barbie event. I have already allowed tracking for Candy Crush in my iOS settings, but nothing has changed. Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.

This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.

So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.
