Which level are you at right now? Not all levels have the Jelly Fish in them! Some times, the levels ask you to "Collect Orders", they have Fish too!!
So, I would suggest to check some YouTube videos, and see which level has Fish in them. That would be the easy way to find the levels that has Fish in them.

I finished the candy crush royal with 22 straight wins but I didn’t get the 280 gold what should I do. I contacted support but they sent me here.
I had the Super Color Ball and was on level 14612 (approx) and I never lost it but after playing for a while, it disappeared. So for the last few weeks I've been madly playing, winning games and accruing points to win the 240 gold bars. The tournament ends in 12 hours and I've won all the events and now there is no path to accrue any more points.
