I had a problem when I am playing candy crush it is say there is no internet connection but in fact i have and my internal work properly in other games and websites
first i was playing and i was at level 1535 and win the 15/15 and i must got the my 45 coins or what ever its called but i didnt gain anything i try to collectd but it saud no connection i switch between wifi and mobile data ,alsi i got the same error i play four games after 1535 and also the same error there was what you appear in screenshot
after many tries i go to ask them in games or in common qustion they said restart your phone ,switch between you wifi and mobile , turn on your airplane for 10 secand ...
i try all that for many times also got the same things
i got there and ask here when i seen someone have the same problem . after that ask them in there game email and they told my fellow this steps thats is appear in the scrreenshot
after i do all this steps and when i log out from my account .the big cruch and problem is happened i lost my progress and i was in level 1
wooow whats happwend
now i cant return my progress and i cant access my account this unbelievable to start from beganing
so can you any help me

I am sorry to hear that you both are having connection issues in your game!
Which device are you using to play the game?
Are you experiencing this issue while logging in or while collecting prizes from the events or while trying to connect to the store?
Can you post a (or couple) screenshot(s) when you are seeing that "no connection" pop-up?
