I haven’t seen any complaints in the Community, so it could be just you.
Unfortunately, we cannot do anything about the Race that was already finished. Before you are start your next Episode, I would suggest you to —> log out off the game - close the App - clear cache/cookies (depending on your device) - shut down your device and restart after few minutes - then reopen the App and login to the game.
Hope this will brings in the Episode Race. Please post back let me know if it didn’t help!

Can you please clarify whether you are you talking about the Episode Race or the Candy Royale event?
