I am sorry to hear that you are having an issue in your game!
Are you experiencing this issue while in the App Store to purchase items OR with everything else - to collect the rewards from events; to log-in; for Daily boosters, etc., features.
Are you seeing an error message when you try to buy the items? Can you post a screenshot to show me that error message?

In the last two days the ads have stopped working. If you get a chance to view ads for extra moves the first ad works but when you select to watch the second ad it goes to run it but then the screen goes black and it then returns you to the game. This makes it very difficult and frustrating.
II have been playing this level since 3 days now and I have not been able to pass so I need assistance
I've been having trouble with trying to get to the next Ad, because every time I think the Ad is finished and I try to go to the next Ad, it takes me completely out of the game. So, then I lose my chance at the level, and the boosters that might have been able to help me. Any suggestions?
