How do I get the game to return to filling up the screen?

I am playing Candy Crush Saga; I am currently on game # 2993
This problem occurred approx 5 days ago and I do not know how to correct the issue and return the screen to the original "full screen" format.
Why the screen would split into thirds is a puzzle in itself but I only want to fix the problem.

Yes! This change was made to Candy Crush Saga only! And, it is not possible to change it back as this is something the Candy Studio has decided wanted to bring in to all devices and all platforms.

Obviously, this is NOT the game I began playing years ago with changes that have adversely affected the players' enjoyment!

It looks like your game just was updated with the recent layout!! The Candy Studio has changed the look few months ago and now, all the devices are catching up with that new look.
Your game being active only in the middle is the part of that change and you cannot do anything to change it back.
Many players are not very happy about it. Please provide your feedback here and we will make sure that it will be sent to the Candy Studio. To reply back, simply type in the blank box given below to my comment.

That is probably because you play on a computer, which has an aspect ratio which is landscape. Candy Crush is now only portrait mode, so you can't fill a computer screen with it any more. If you play on a tablet the image would just lie on its side.

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
