How do I resolve a connection error?

On my iPad I get the connection error message no matter how I try to connect (email, Facebook, Apple).   I have closed and restarted the game and also turned the iPad off and on, but I am continuing to get this error for over a week now.

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing connection issues in your game!

By your explanation, it sounds like your game might have been infected by a bug!!  When this happens, all we can do is to delete and reinstall our game!!

But, with this step, you will lose all your saved boosters from your device as the boosters and lives received from the friends are stored on device's local memory!

** Since you are playing the game on iOS, you can try to save your game to iCloud, and then delete the game and reinstall it.
