I’m playing on a 7th generation iPad version 16.5.1(c) I’m not offered an option to collect more moves, before the games starts or after I’ve made all my moves. If I play on my android phone, there are no issues, this only occurs on my iPad.

So are you referring to ads - where you have the opportunity to get extra moves before you start? As mentioned above - getting ads has nothing to do with the platform you are using. They come and go and sometimes come back again. I never got any ads for over 8 years. Then I briefly got adds and then they disappeared. Then about 6-7 months ago I got ads for several months and then they disappeared again and haven't returned.

It sounds like you get adverts on one device but not on the other. That is quite normal in Candy Crush. The free adverts for extra moves are feature that comes and goes and not everyone gets this. I bet they offer you the five extra moves if you pay gold bars, surely?

Hi @muddauber and welcome to our friendly community! I primarily play on an iPhone 12 pro max, but I also play on a mini iPad. I never have a chance to add more moves before I play, but if I run out of moves, I definitely get the opportunity to buy more moves using gold bars.
You should definitely have the same opportunity on your iPad. The thing is - you need to have a strong connection to the internet to make a purchase. Do you have the pop-up when you run out of moves, to purchase extra moves or just nothing at all?
