I've already sent an e-mail to your support team, however, the answer provided had nothing to do with my problem: Whenever I watch an ad to get boosters or extra moves, I cannot close it - I then need to restart the app, losing lives, the boosters I had activated and time. I have already lost all my lives today and a bunch of boosters, please help me fix this problem! My phone is completely updated and so is the app. And yes, I have tried turning my phone on and off. Unacceptable situation!
