Candy crush saga keeps crashing

Everytime I play ccs I get playing for a couple of minute's then it goes back to my phone's home screen I've cleared cache but it still happens

Hi - I am sorry to hear that is happening to you. What device are you playing on? Besides clearing your cache, have you rebooted your device and kept it turned off for at least 10-15 seconds?

Unfortunately your game may have become corrupted. Worst case that means you would have to delete and reinstall the app, but if you do that you will lose any saved lives, and also any boosters and gold bars you have saved and didn’t purchase (the studio stores info on any actual purchases).

However before doing that, I suggest you contact player support (you can do that directly thru your game by clicking on the pink and white cog wheel and then the question mark) to see if they can help.
