As you can see from the video posted you will need to wait until the game gives you a lucky board full of opportunities to create colour bombs right at the start. If you can't get the keys in the first few moves there is no hope.
On this level you will either have to wait for a lucky board like in this video (the algorithm decides when you will get one) or use lollipop hammers to get the keys. The game is fixed and nothing is random, luck or skill. If you aren't happy with that, then I'd advise you to quit. It only gets worse from here on.
