I cannot login facebook account from my mothers ipad as the program used her id. How can i enter my fb account ?

If you log out of one account and log in to another account on the same device one of two things may happen: You probably will lose boosters that are stored on your device. Or the two accounts may get merged, meaning that both logins show the same game and the other one will be lost. This happened to me, so be careful.
You can't login two accounts on the same time. Firstly try to logout your mother account from the Candy Crush app. Then her game ID will go away. If you can't have logout option but showing your mother game ID appear on the top then remove app data and reinstall the app. Then login with your credentials.
