I get rewards, but they do not show up. Also, any inventory I have I have to pay to use. Why is that?

I tried to send shot. But it doesn't work. Basically, I push on my inventoried piece and a page comes up with how many gold bars I need to purchase it.

This is your misconception that you have to spend money to use the boosters you have stored. Can you show me with a screenshot, which booster you have to spend money to use?
