I have replayed the level both on my Android phone and iPad!! My level is not a hard level, but a normal level!!
By looking at the screenshot, it looks like you are on an Android device!! If so, can you check for the "updates" in your Google Play Store? Once you install that available update, you should be able to beat the level - without using any boosters👍️

Can you please explain what’s going on? I cannot understand what does it say below to the “pre-boosters” icons!! Is it saying “Play”?

The event had 1 day left and just disappeared! I was so close to the finish. Make it right please. Also, you can't chat with the bot on the help center of the app on Android, the bottom screen function buttons cover the text field and you can't click on it to start typing.
when I am out of lives, the game gives me 5 more. After playing just 1 of the 5, the live balance is 0. It happens every time.
