Hi @gabi194 and welcome to our friendly community. I’m sorry you don’t have the opportunity to see ads. However this feature is not a permanent one and is randomly tested with various players around the world, so you may get it and then lose it or even never have it.

I never had it for the first 8 years I played the game so I got used to playing without it. Then about 8-9 months ago I got the feature for several months and now I don’t have it anymore.

I hope that you will have the opportunity to see ads in the future.
