Why are my events all gone except for booster wheel

All my events, race progress and everything else is gone this morning. I have checked Chrome for updates, there is none. I have cleared my cache and everything else. Every time I go into the game it has the stupid pop up to except terms and it's annoying also. There isn't an x at the top of it either, so please don't tell me to just close it. You have some serious bugs and glitches in this game !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My game is up to date as far as I know. I play on my laptop and I'm not aware of a way to update the game using Windows on my laptop.

Oh guess what, I just logged into my game and everything is back!!!!! Hmmmmmm had to have been a glitch.

And the part that stinks is I passed 3 levels this morning and nothing counted for the race.
