've been seeing this for a while now, we have both tried un-inviting and re-inviting and uninstalling and re-installing etc, I've also tried android and PC version but nothing is working. Any suggestions? the screen always looks like this

Thank you for the response and the link, but I have spent quite some time on the forum going through the suggestions for access, data, signing in and out etc and none of that is working
