Anyone wear a Bluetooth hearing aid or aids and play CCS? For the last few months when I play on my phone (android) the game automatically dims the overall sound on my hearing aids. Anybody else have this happen and Know how to fix it? TIA

I found it, thank you! unfortunatly that didn't work. According to my teen CC is turning down the output audio of my hearing aids. I think it has something to do with the last update CC did several months ago. That is when it started. Thank you for your help and ideas though. ☺️
Thank you for the screenshots but I can't really see them. Where are you at? Somewhere in setting I am guessing. Please advise as I am very curious.
bearwithme, I don't play with any sound from the game either. Sorry I should have stated that in my OP. The game is diminishing the sound or making my hearing aid diminishes sound around me. It has something to do with the game this I have been able to find out so far.
Hello @Vbellacosa - I’m glad you have joined us here. I usually don’t play with the sound on when I play Candy Crush and if I do, I usually don’t wear headphones or ear buds. Also I play on an iOS device.
However I will pass on your input to our Community Manager and see if the studio is aware of an issue with this.
