King has heard all those complaints about Candy Royale being 'forced' onto players.
Today, I notice in the Events menu that King has incorporated the 'play' button option.
Fervent players who want a chance to get some gold bars reward have to select it. It won't be 'forced' onto your playing automatically. So you may miss it.

What time run out are you talking about? I have to close the game if I don't want to play Royale and it's there waiting for me when I open it back up.
I agree. I don't like anything about being forced to play nor how long it takes to load. I really dislike the way I thrown out of the game as well. It's too dramatic.
Hi frends, I wish to express my opinion on this Candy Royale event.
This is just like the other events: Candy Cups (Spring/Summer,etc)/Barbie Leaderboard/Jonas Bros Tournament/Sam's Streak/Champions Race/Weekly Contest, etc.
Players need NOT PAY to enter all these events. They are (as some players say), 'forced' to participate in the course of game play.
However all we NEED to do is to play normally in our own way to complete levels and advance to the next. Whether to use/buy boosters/extra moves to complete a level or win an event is a decision to each his own.
My priority is to advance to the next level in a thoughtful (but also) lucky manner. In the progress, I have occasionally won Sam's Streak, Champions Race n Weekly Contest.
To this day at Lev 12471, I have not spend a $ in this CCS game.

Why isnt King listening to the players who have made them millions of dollars???
This Candy Royale saga has been going on for ages and nothing has been done about it. I want an opt out button please!!!

Today I played Candy Royale and won several levels. There were 4 players still in the running. I closed the game because I needed to get to an appointment. Just returned to play again, and all progress is lost!! And this after having getting kicked out of 2 prior games after the 1st level didn't produce any combinations and automatically ending the game. Ready to uninstall.
I like candy royale and I win a share of the gold everytime but this forces you to play 2 whole episodes back to back otherwise there's a good chance of losing your champions race win streak. I would be okay anything up to 15 levels.
I agree on top of being forced to play. No choice to decline!
