I have been facing lot of issues
* Couldn't update App
* Couldn't use bars
* Connection issue
* couldn't retain my level progress
* couldn't login
* app is not supporting my device

I think it's the device
I had the same issue for four days. Apparently the only way to fix that is to delete the app and reinstall the. Sign in. But you will loose all your boosters. Seems as if they do this on purpose. I lost everything but was able to sign in and retrieve my progress level.
Can you tell me which device(including mobile brand & model) are you using to play candy crush?
