Hi, Change your Play store default Currency to Indian Rupee & do same for Payments profile ID in https://payments.google.com
Remove if you have any other payments profile available. And create a new payments profile ID for India, make sure that you have 1 gmail account.
N.B: Don't use Multiple Gmail account during that time. Otherwise it will use that gmail account currency.
