How do I send lives?

The Candy Studio has removed our friends' list, as they always test out different things!
Our Candy Community In-charge has posted a discussion about how to send lives --> Cannot send lives from the Top List (click on the green lettered link). It is not that helpful... because, now, we have to send the lives to each friend - one at a time!!

In the game, click any level then click the send button to send lives that I've marked with an arrow.
Second, select and accept the friend requests you receive in your inbox.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
