I changed my phone then I signed in my account and my progress is back but the game is now misbehavi

Like if I'm playing when I finish a level it won't go to the next level automatically like it supposed to when you press next and I now on level 1445 but when I open the app it goes to level 502 then I will have to scroll up to get to my current level .how do I fix that? Plus I'm no longer getting the game updates like I used to

Please email Player Support so they can restore the levels manually on your account.

Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - My Game Progress - Contact us and send them an email. Don't forget to mention what level you were on! 

It's important that you choose "Problems with my game" as your topic and "Game didn't save" as your subtopic.
