Has anyone used "contact us" on here and had any success with it?

I just checked and that "Contact Us" tab takes us to regular "support" link --> https://soporto.king.com/contact. So, it should work👍️
Are you asking because you have received an automated email for your numerous complaints??
If so, the automated email is an acknowledgement from King to let us know that they received our complaint. But, instead of sending multiple complaints, we have to wait for 3 days (minimum), and if you did not hear from an actual agent, send a reply to that automated email to let the Support team know that you are still waiting to be helped.

Yes I've used "the contact us" link when i won some boosters that i wasn't given. After contacting King support using the link I had my boosters about 20 minutes later.
I find it better to use the in game contact us method, through settings and the ?. That way they automatically know who you are as they have your player ID. I always get an automated email straight away, and recently I also got a proper reply and a compensatory reward for my complaint within minutes. It might depend on what your complaint is though. Mine was about a glitch in a level that obviously a lot of others had complained about already.
It's good to know that at least one person over at King is paying attention!
