I cannot send lives to anyone, it seems to have disappeared from my game

The "Send lives" tab is not missing, but it was removed by the Candy game Studio. It is another change they brought in!!
And, yes! You can only send life if anybody asks you!! You can also send lives to your friends from your "Profile" icon. Please see below👇️
Open your profile from the map -- tap on Friends -- and choose the friend you want to send a Life to from your friend list. You cannot send lives to all your friends at once. You will have to choose each and every name individually, and click "send"!!

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
