Thank you for clarifying that you are playing the Browser version of the game. Did you try to play on a different browser -- Edge, Firefox, etc.,?
If you are receiving "No permission" pop-up on other browsers also, I need you to take a screenshot of that pop-up and post it here.

When you said Windows 10 -- are you playing on Facebook - Browser version (Chrome / Edge, etc.,)
OR the App version downloaded through Microsoft Store?
Can you please show a screenshot of that "No permission" pop-up?

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
